Confirm whether the session suits beginners and your age group. Check class size, materials, equipment, booking, total cost and the venue. Ask what you need to bring before buying supplies.

Make it a comfortable start

Choose a session you can get to regularly if you enjoy it. Ask permission before sharing another participant’s work or photograph. Keep a small record of what you made and collect a passport stamp for the studio after your visit.
